• Managing suppliers in product lifecycle with a strong focus on their delivery and cost savings projects
• Working with suppliers to finalize their contracts

• Implementing, training and managing the corporate ISO 9000 quality system (SGS trained ISO Internal Auditor)
• Researching, modifying and developing the appropriate testing programs
• Creating, staffing, training, managing and launching an environmental testing laboratory
• Achieving laboratory accreditation for an environmental lab (NVLAP, AIHA, NSF) and an office furniture lab (A2LA)
• Managing asbestos removal sites, monitoring for hazardous materials and providing guidance/ recommendations for ‘next steps’
